Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Makes 3 cups

This vibrant smoothie bowl is high in antioxidants, making it a healthy way to kick off your day!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1banana
  • Toppings
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Put the coconut water, dragon fruit, mango, blueberries, and banana, in the order listed, into the blender jar.
  2. Blend on the Smoothie function.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the kiwi, blueberries, and coconut.
