Ingredients

  • 2 cooker cups steel-cut oats
  • 1 cooker cup short-grain brown rice
  • 1 cooker cup quinoa
  • 1 cooker cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cooker cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Water (to the 4-cup marking)

Preparation

  1. 1. Put all of the ingredients in the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice and Grain Multicooker.Select the Oats function and press Start/Stop.
  2. 2. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid, remove the cinnamon sticks, and stir well before serving.
