Ingredients
- 2 cooker cups steel-cut oats
- 1 cooker cup short-grain brown rice
- 1 cooker cup quinoa
- 1 cooker cup chopped pecans
- 1 cooker cup raisins
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Water (to the 4-cup marking)
Preparation
- 1. Put all of the ingredients in the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice and Grain Multicooker.Select the Oats function and press Start/Stop.
- 2. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid, remove the cinnamon sticks, and stir well before serving.
