Ingredients

non-stick cooking spray2cups whole wheat flour2cups unbleached, all purpose flour¼cup granulated sugar2tablespoons baking powder2teaspoons table salt1teaspoon ground cinnamon3 ⅓cup reduced fat milk1teaspoon pure vanilla extract¾cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled4large eggs, lightly beaten2cups fresh blueberries

Preparation

Lightly coat a Cuisinart Belgian Waffle Maker with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat to Level 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl combine the milk, vanilla, butter and eggs. Whisk until completely combined. Whisk into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in blueberries. Pour two cups of batter onto the prepared, preheated waffle maker. Quickly and carefully spread the batter evenly. Close the cover and cook until tone sounds. Serve immediately.
